Jenson Button & Brawn GP are on a winning streak

May 7th, 2009

Formula 1 just seems to be getting better and more exciting.

In 2007 we saw Lewis Hamilton in his first season for the sport and he finished in a magnificent second place in the Formula One Championship, having set records along the way. In 2008 he won his first world championship just ahead of Felipe Massa. 2009 held very high hopes for him.

However, it is Jenson Button who has come out fighting and so far has won three of the last four races this season. Jenson had a dream start to the season winning the Australian Grand Prix for the Brawn GP team with team-mate Rubens Barrichello in second place. It is also a dream for the man with the ‘midas touch’. Richard Branson chose to sponsor Brawn GP in his first move into formula one.

Can this winning streak continue? We will have to watch the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday 10th May to find out!
